Payment

We accept Paypal as our method of payment, which will process major credit cards and instant money transfers. We currently are set up with Paypal Express, which is a more streamline payment process. Ontario residents will have 8% provincial sales tax added to their orders.

Shipping

I heart felt ships from Canada with Canada Post. We will ship your order 24-72 hours after your Paypal payment has been processed. Shipping prices for North America and The Rest of the Continents are for air mail, which do not include a tracking number. Canada Post does not have an air mail tracking number with their regular postal service. However, if you would like to have your order shipped with a tracking number we would be happy to give you a quote. info@iheartfelt.com

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept returns & exchanges on any felting tools that are unused, that have their original packaging, and that are not damaged, within 30 days of purchase. Shipping will not be reimbursed for these type of returns. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. We will only accept returns by regular parcel post. Please note, any return sent by Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, or any other courier, will not be accepted and returned to sender at their expense.

Returns will not be accepted on any cut fabric, fibre, or items listed under "crafty goodness". If for some reason a return or exchange is needed to be done because of our error, we will do the return and refund the shipping. However, any order that is our mistake, needs to be sent back in original condition and within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning merchandise under these circumstances.

Can I use your illustrated logo "I heart felt" and girl illustration for personal use and use them without your permission?

Well thanks for admiring them, but no you aren't able to use these images. I had them illustrated by the talented Daniele Young especially for the website, and for my business. It would be considered stealing and that is not cool with me, and most of the people I know who think stealing is crappy.
